We are a faith-based fitness group that integrates physical training with spiritual growth.
Our sessions are built around kettlebell training, which provides a sustainable and versatile method for building strength. Beyond the physical workout, we create a space for communal prayer, honest vulnerability, and mutual encouragement, all aimed at declaring God's goodness and strengthening both our bodies and our spirits for the long term.
